Headquarters: First, facilities include a dining area for the staff, a separate house for the foreman and horse staff. In addition, there is a large house with 3 rooms and accommodations for 8 people, a living room with a connected barbecue area, a kitchen, and a swimming pool. Further, there is an office area and additional living quarters.
Storage: An air-conditioned container provides storage of chemical supplies and seeds for agricultural use. Additionally, there is a warehouse for machinery.
Fuel tank: 8,000 liters with dispenser. Likewise, a second tank of 20,000 liters will soon be installed.
Electricity: Three-phase electricity line.
Access to communications: Internet connection in the headquarters. Additionally, Tigo telephone signal is accessible on the property.
Pastures developed: The entire livestock area is fenced, has clean pastures of Gatton grass and a few trees. In addition, the area has water troughs located in the center. Each pasture is about 90 hectares, rectangular in shape, and divided into 4 plots of appr. 25 hectares each. Currently, the cattle area is managed as a wintering field.
Water reservoirs: Artesian wells feed 2 Australian tanks. Moreover, pipes connect the tanks to the drinking troughs. As a result, the cattle have access to water in all plots.
Airstrip: 1200 meters long
Environment: Authorities have approved the environmental impact study and an environmental impact report.
